This consistent rise in pollution levels has sparked growing concerns among health experts, urging citizens to limit outdoor activities and use N95 masks when stepping out.
Health Advisory
Doctors recommend staying indoors, using air purifiers, and avoiding intense outdoor exercise. Long-term exposure to such air quality can cause respiratory and cardiovascular issues, especially among children and the elderly.
